Nothing publishes unchecked
A verifier is required before an intelligence can launch. It reads the draft against the research and the voice rules, and a draft it fails cannot be approved without you explicitly overriding it. The override is recorded.
Memory accumulates
What the researcher finds is written to the intelligence's memory and handed to the next cycle. That is the difference between a persistent mind and a chat window that forgets.
You approve everything
Drafts queue until you release them. Automatic execution is not implemented and the server rejects the setting, so there is no path where something goes out without you.
